Buy an Electric Griddle

By Tina Bottle

To some making pancakes or cooking burgers is an art. Getting the perfect pancakes or the French toast golden brown, or searing the burgers to juicy perfection is not the simplest of tasks. What makes it so difficult, the batter or beef, the heat, or the flipping technique?

There are several aspects about cooking that will make a perfect juicy burger or golden brown pancakes. If you just can't get it right, the first place you should look is what you are using to cook. You should be using some kind of griddle to cook french toast, pancakes, fried chicken, burgers, etc. If you can't use an outdoor grill, the next best thing is to use a griddle inside.

Buying a griddle may or may not seem like a daunting task to you. It all depends on how you are with shopping and in the kitchen. If you are good at both, you are often in more of a rut. If you love to cook and know all the latest technique, you want to spare no expense and get top quality.

Are you looking for the highest performance because you love to cook all the time, are you looking for the lowest price, or are you somewhere in between? No matter where you are, you can find a griddle to fit all your needs.

First choose a griddle type. You can go with either an electric griddle or a griddle that you use on your stove. You can use a griddle on your stove that is round which is great for those who have limited space and only cook for a few people at a time. They are also smaller and easier to clean.

Do you cook for a lot of people such as a big family? If so, you might want to go for a long griddle. You can get a long griddle for the stove that takes up less space and just uses two burners, or you can use an electric griddle if you have enough counter space, but not enough cooking space.

If you cook several things at once and are using your stovetop, an electric griddle is best. You can place it on a counter so that you have more room to cook plus you can fit a lot on it at once.

Which ever you choose, base it on how you cook and how often. When you get the right pan that works best, you will find cooking much easier and more enjoyable! - 15634
