By Masil Nosacki

As a busy mom I find it difficult to get warm healthy meals on the table. But with a simple slow cooker pot roast dinner my troubles are gone. This really is the best method for creating cheap family meals with ease.

Cooking with the crock pot is an inexpensive way to get those family meals done in the morning, giving you the extra time you need after work to relax with the family until dinner time. So not only is it a great way to save money but an even better way to conserve your time.

I spend a lot of my time converting recipes to fit my family budget and time. But there are a few family favorites I would change and this Yankee Pot Roast Recipe is one of them. This is a tried and true recipe handed down in my family for decades.
