New York City is famous as the big apple, and one of the main interesting for sightseers is the desire to travel meet broadway shows.

These are famous as the best of all parts of theatre in the country . It is the where artists aim to act as well as where thousands of communities flock to see event every day.

Broadway shows are typically divided into two different types of shows, either a play or a musical.

A play is a scripted story that is performed with only spoken words and movement. A musical is a scripted story that consists of spoken dialogue, music, and dancing. Though both are popular musicals are some of the most popular Broadway shows.

Tickets to Broadway shows can run you anywhere from $50 a seat for some of the seats in the balcony while orchestra level seats can cost you around $100 per seat.

Often there are ways to get discount tickets like day of drawings, the half price TKTS ticket booths located throughout New York City, and being able to get a student discount with a valid student ID.
