Designer Suit Reviews

By Victor Santerino

Designer suits come in many different shapes and sizes. They are created by a multitude of designers out of a wide array of materials. As a result, choosing a suit designer can be one of the most confusing decisions a person can make. I wrote this article to help shoppers get a better understanding of designer suits.

Suit brands explored in this article are Alfani, Allyn Saint George, Anderson Sheppard, Armani, and Arnold Brandt. I will discuss the style and price of each suit brand so that you will get a better idea of what each suit designer brings to the industry.

The Alfani designs come in European inspired designs with classic tailoring that you would expect in a three button British style suit. This suit can usually be found in department stores such as Macy's or online at Amazon and Ebay. The price on this type of suit retails anywhere from $100 to $300 for a new model.

An Allyn Saint George suit is a sturdy well made American style suit made by American designers. Wear this suit if you are looking for a good looking, durable suit, for a low price. Expect to pay around $150 for a new model.

Anderson Sheppard is a Saville Row suit and is known for its superb quality of stitching and materials. This suit is styled in classical cuts and is very noticeably British in origin. Prices have historically run well over $1,000.

Armani suits are upper class suits created in Italian style fashions. These suits can retail at prices of two thousand dollars or more.

An Arnold Brandt suit is cut in Victorian styles and contemporary looks. Retail value is marketed at about 900 for a brand new model.

I hope you enjoyed reading this article as much as I enjoyed writing it. Please make sure to try out as many brands as you can before making your final decision. Remember you will be the one that ultimately has to wear your new suit. - 15634
