California DUI Lawyer Needed For Heather Locklear DUI

By Rebecca Aguani

I always wanted to be like Heather Locklear. Until I hear about the Heather Locklear DUI. Sucks to be famous when people profit from your mistakes. Then everyone gets to see the pictures of your mistakes.

Did your mug shot turn into paparazzi filth? If you're a celebrity it did. Most of us don't have to see our problems on the 6 o'clock news. How much worse would our humiliation be if everyone knew about it before we were even released from jail.

Driving under the influence doesn't automatically mean that alcohol is involved. Prescription drugs can sometimes cause impairment and unpredictable reactions. Many factors can contribute to problems with drugs and alcohol. I'm sure the California DMV do not have this type of behavior in mind when they provide drivers licenses.

All 50 states have harsh penalties for individuals that are arrested with a blood alcohol content level of 0.08 or higher. Some People react very differently to medication. They may have even taken the drug before and not had a reaction. It was not clear if this was the case for Locklear. It was determined that she was under the influence of prescription drugs. You can be arrested if you drive or operate a motor vehicle in this condition.

All states have a blood alcohol content limit of 0.08. After that most states vary in the additional laws and limits they enforce. Some states like California have an enhanced BAC penalty.

Ok, the Heather Locklear mug shot looked really bad, but was it as bad as the Lil Kim mug shot? Lil Kim had marajuana, oops, at least Heather had legal drugs. The really rotten part is that the helpful person that called the cops for the safety of others made money selling the photographs to paparazzi filth.

Good people may not be what they seem, especially in this case. This wolf in sheep's clothing was Jill Ishkanian. She makes the wolf look like Mary Poppins. The FBI is still adding up her crimes. She is a former editor for Us Weekly who stole information from their computers after she left so she could do what she did to Locklear. Stalk and capitalize on mistakes.

Now Ishkanian owns a paparazzi filth agency so she's twice as dangerous because the paparazzi are a weapon all by themselves and now that weapon is in the hands of a dishonest stalker crazy women. She's so bad she can't even sell her photos herself because no on will buy from her. You know your a freak when the tabloids won't deal with you.

The next time you do something you wish you could take back just think about the Heather Locklear DUI and be glad the whole world isn't watching. - 15634
